The following organizations assist low-income renters and homeowners who may have gas or electric shut off by P.G.&E. You should contact each organization to determine program guidelines and the documentation you must provide to receive assistance. Two organizations, listed at the bottom of the page, provide other services to help reduce energy consumption.

Performs minor repairs and appliance replacement for low-income renters and homeowners to save energy. Renters must have landlord’s permission for rental unit to be weatherized. Contact us for more information and an application!
