Do I Qualify for Low Income Housing?
Residents for all CSDC rental housing properties must meet certain income
qualifications that are set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (“HUD”). The criteria are based on your annual income
and the number of family members who would reside in the rental unit.
HUD adjusts the income limits annually.
