Mission
The mission of CSDC is to pursue affordable housing for the low income to moderate income residents of San Benito County by fostering strategic relationships with Local, State, and Federal Agencies. The welfare of the individuals and families is our primary concern. As the premier Affordable Housing provider, we strive to create environmentally friendly and safe housing communities.
